I am a Spiritual Empowerment Coach, Quantum Healer, Reiki Master and an Akashic Records practitioner focused on helping you achieve your full potential and become the best version of yourself. I believe that we are all one, and energy is the common thread that connects us all; Remote sessions really speak to that belief.  A remote or distant session is when I have sessions online or over the phone with people from all over the world.  I offer unique sessions that incorporate both Reiki healing and life coaching.  I will also dive into the Akash to get more insight to help individuals achieve unity with in themselves.

I have been practicing Reiki since 2018 and for mentoring I got certified in 2017 but I have been doing mentoring since I was young.  I have always had people come up to me and tell me their life story and afterward they would apologize and say they have never told anyone that story before.  I have always loved sitting down with people one on one. There would be a party going on around me but I would be sitting with one person allowing them to open up and tell me things that they had never shared before. I would at times give advice but sometimes all they needed was to be heard. I love being able to support people in their growth and helping them find those mistaken beliefs that we create about ourselves from outer influences and during days of self-doubt. First step is awareness and then there is alignment.
